1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading, installing, or using BioCourt ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

BioCourt is a sports performance tracking app that integrates match data with health metrics and AI coaching.

3. USER ACCOUNTS AND MINIMUM AGE

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Only users who are at least 18 years old may register and use BioCourt.

4. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES

• BioCourt PRO is available as a monthly or yearly subscription
• Payment will be charged to your App Store/Play Store account
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage subscriptions in your device settings

5. IN-APP PURCHASES AND VIRTUAL CURRENCY (ACES)

In addition to the PRO subscription, the App offers purchases of virtual currency ("Aces") in the form of packs. Aces purchases are final and non-refundable in accordance with store policies. Aces have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other users, and may only be used within the App according to the rules we set (e.g. extra chat messages, voice calls, or other features).

6. HEALTH DATA & NATURE OF PROCESSING

• Health data is stored locally on your device for privacy
• We do not sell or share your health information
• Local processing only: Where the App provides AI-based advice using health or biometric data (e.g. on-device features such as Gemini Nano), such processing is performed locally on your device and does not involve cloud processing of your health data
• Other AI Coach features may use anonymized or non-health data for cloud-based analysis as described in our Privacy Policy

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, features, and functionality are owned by BioCourt and protected by international copyright laws.

8. NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE – NO DIAGNOSIS

BioCourt is not a medical device under the EU Medical Device Regulation (MDR) or equivalent legislation. The App does not provide medical diagnoses, and nothing in the App or in Leo’s advice constitutes medical advice or a substitute for professional healthcare.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

The App and Leo’s suggestions (including any advice based on biometric or health data) do not replace consultation with a doctor or other qualified healthcare provider. You use the App and any advice, tips or insights at your own risk. By using the App in connection with sport or physical activity, you assume the risks inherent in such activities. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BioCourt and its providers shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from your use of the App or reliance on its content.

10. GENERATIVE AI & SAFETY

Where we use generative AI (e.g. Google Gemini), we do so in line with applicable acceptable-use policies. We do not intend to generate content that promotes self-harm, ignores safety, or encourages dangerous behaviour. If you see output that concerns you, do not rely on it for health or safety decisions and consult a qualified professional.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
