• Profile preferences (age, height, weight, sport level)

Health Data:

• Heart rate, calories, sleep data (via Apple Health/Google Fit)
• Match performance data you input

Content you send to the AI Coach:

• Chat messages, voice call audio, voice notes, and photos you share for advice: these are processed by our AI providers (e.g. Google Gemini) to deliver the service

Virtual currency (Aces):

• Aces balance, purchase of packs, and use of Aces for in-app features (e.g. extra messages or calls)

Usage Data:

• App feature usage analytics
• Crash and error reports (including via third-party services)
• Technical logs of requests to our servers (including a user identifier necessary for operation) for operation, security and support, retained for a limited time

• To provide and improve our services
• To personalize AI Coach recommendations
• To analyze performance trends
• To communicate important updates

3. DATA STORAGE & SECURITY

• Health data is stored LOCALLY on your device
• We use industry-standard encryption
• Account data is stored securely on Firebase
• We do NOT sell your personal information

4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We use:

• Firebase (Authentication, Analytics)
• RevenueCat (Subscription and in-app purchase management)
• Google Gemini AI (chat, voice calls, and AI Coach advice)
• Other AI providers for chat (e.g. OpenRouter, Groq)
• Sentry (error and crash reporting to improve stability)
• Google AdMob (rewarded ads; consent may be requested via consent tools)

5. YOUR RIGHTS

You can:

• Access your data
• Request data deletion
• Export your match history
• Opt-out of analytics

6. MINIMUM AGE

BioCourt is for users who are at least 18 years old. Only users who have reached 18 may register. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

7. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes.
